Saturdays and weekday evenings are getting increasingly popular. Super fun, super busy.
But within all this creativity there must be order.
* PLEASE be on time for your appointment, maybe even a little early, so
you can have a cuppa, take in the scene, and use our new chair
massager, it's lovely. Even a few minutes delay can have a knock on
effect because my appointments are back to back.
* If you need to cancel your appointment, please call the salon's number
02036011464 (not my mobile) with as much notice as possible,
preferably the day before.
* If you need to reschedule your appointment, please book another
appointment online with a note.
* If you just don't show up, I have a blank in my schedule that I can't
fill, and someone else hasn't been able to book an appointment.
